We’re thrilled to announce that we won the Creativity for Good initiative at the PM Society Awards this year! This gave us the honour of working on “Spot the Stop”, a creative and strategic campaign for the Cure & Action for Tay-Sachs (CATS) Foundation, partnering with Four Agency.

Tay Sachs & CATS Foundation:

Tay-Sachs is a rare neurological condition that mainly affects very young children with symptoms becoming visible between three and six months of age. As the disease progresses, it stops the nerves working properly with the child slowly losing the ability to function independently. 1 in 300,000 children get Tay-Sachs disease. There is currently no cure and no treatments are currently proved to slow progression of this disease.

In 2011, the Cure & Action for Tay-Sachs (CATS) Foundation was set up to provide much needed support to families affected by Tay-Sachs. As well as raising awareness and funds, they advocate for early possible diagnosis.

“Spot the Stop” campaign:

“Working closely with the charity, and our media partners at Four, the Verve team utilised their skills across creativity, impactful content and activation to produce an omnichannel campaign to drive positive action.” – Paul Beard, Director, Verve.

Our “Spot the Stop” campaign aimed to change behaviours by driving positive action for HCPs to proactively test for Tay-Sachs.

Working with Four, we estimated generating over 2.8 million impressions, 306k clicks and a viewability of 75% via our printed and digital assets. All provided free of charge. 

In the first three months, the campaign:

  • Reached over 61k HCPs, including GPs, Paediatricians, Ophthalmologists, Opticians, Health Visitors, and Independent Nurses
  • Achieved FIVE million impressions
  • Generated over 625k clicks and 83% viewability.
