And our work with Orajel is the perfect embodiment of that philosophy. 

The challenge: Take a product that healthcare professionals (HCPs) had a proven knowledge gap and create a Mechanism of Action (MoA) that not only educated but resonated. We needed to turn the complex science behind Orajel’s rapid pain relief into a compelling, unforgettable narrative, one that positioned it as the first-line recommendation for fast toothache relief. 

Transforming science from complex to crystal clear 

Orajel works fast. But understanding how it works? That’s where the gap was. HCPs needed more than just the facts, they needed a story that convinced, that stuck, that they could trust and champion to patients. 

And we delivered. 

By meticulously examining and dissecting the science, we simplified the core message:

In the time it takes to watch this video… Orajel delivers fast, targeted, and effective relief right when it is needed most. 

We transformed complex pharmacology into a streamlined, visually engaging, and emotionally compelling MoA that brought Orajel’s speed and efficacy to life, delivered a clear and provable reason-to-believe, and, as a final creative touch, timed the video to match the exact moment Orajel begins relieving pain. 

The impact? Immediate and electric  

Our work didn’t just tick a box, it set a new standard. The response from the client speaks for itself:
